The Kilimanjaro

It’s a contemporary free-form approach that helps to bring the outdoors into the home. A separate children’s zone is located away from the master bedroom where an indulgent ensuite and huge central bath offers the perfect escape for parents. It’s an excellent design, perfect for a modern growing family.

The star energy rating for the Kilimanjaro as shown is based on climate zone 52 (Swanbourne) with a Northern or Western orientation.

 Ratings for the individual homes are unique and specific to each design.  Ratings for proposed construction of these homes should be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the climate zone, block orientation, variations, colour selections and finishes.
