The Waterside

On display as part of our cottage range to allow you to see first-hand how the  cleverly laid-out floorplan of the Waterside maximizes every inch of living space on a 13m wide lot.

The open-plan kitchen utilizes overhead cupboards and a breakfast bar to eliminate wasted space as the perfectly positioned living and dining areas flow effortlessly out to the alfresco. The two minor bedrooms are contained along one side of the house complemented with an extra bathroom and WC and the master bedroom is ideally placed at the rear of the home with large windows overlooking the alfresco.

The master suite is complete with a large walk-in robe and generous ensuite featuring double vanities. In essence, the Waterside oozes inner-city cool.

The star energy rating for the Waterside as shown is based on climate zone 52 (Swanbourne) with an Eastern orientation.

Ratings for the individual homes are unique and specific to each design.  Ratings for proposed construction of these homes should be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the climate zone, block orientation, variations, colour selections and finishes.
