The star energy rating for The Cosmopolitan as shown is based on climate zone 52 (Swanbourne) with an Eastern orientation.
Ratings for the individual homes are unique and specific to each design. Ratings for proposed construction of these homes should be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the climate zone, block orientation, variations, colour selections and finishes.
